The
Society's observatories are located within the University of Tasmania’s
observatory complex at Canopus Hill.
Members are invited to use the "The Jim Rogers Observatory"
and other AST observatories within the complex.
The observatories are equipped with a range of telescopes and accessories
to suit all observing needs.
Regular observing nights are held at Canopus Hill and experienced members
are available to assist newcomers.
